Wonderful

Second time visiting. Pros: great reef, food all day (risk of weight gain is real), friendly staff (despite Ramadan fast they were keeping a smile all the time), basics work well and animation programme is good. Cons: noisy neighbours can be a problem at times but this is not the hotels fault. Also, they close access to the sea when there is a bit of wind and little waves. They should review the criteria they apply for closing access to the sea..

people constantly coming up and advertising their activities when we’re trying to enjoy the beach ruined it for our group unfortunately. Shisha was not good.

Great stay with a great view

The resort is great, the room was spacious with a good view, most of the staff were very helpful and cheerful, food is good but needs a boost. The total experience was good

The food was good but some items needs more improvement, the chocolate was not chocolate, the jam was basically jelo with artificial flavor even the icecream tasted like powder juice, just please stop using cheap substances and the food will be great

Wonderful

The staff and the facilities were great. The room was slightly dated, as some have already mentioned, but the bed was very comfortable and clean. The food was also very good and for what I paid I cannot complain. Also, the corals were the best i have seen in Sharm. I would stay there again.

The rooms were a bit dated with very inconvenient plug sockets and some were not even working.

Wonderful

This place is a really great pick, especially for this money. The resort park is beautiful and well maintained, situated on a faint slope towards the sea. The rooms are clean and big enough, even having your own terrace. Bed and pillows are also great. Only the shower was a bit fragile, but the beam is ok and the water warm as you like. Dinner is great and no worry about food poisoning here. Lots of variety of dishes, vegetables, meat, fish, and...sweets. Coffee is good too. Drinks are for free, incl. alcoholic. Staff is very correct and friendly. English could be better, but it's enough to get there. This hotel is also eco-friendly. It makes a lot of effort to save on electricity and fresh water. Tip: I asked for a quiet room near the dinner and reception. This saves you from a lot of noise from the evening entertainment (daily 21h-23h). It also saves you from walking uphill in the heat to the diner everytime (the entertainment area is near the swimming pool and seaside).

Amphora Blu resort.

The place is reasonably good but could do with some upgrade. It's tired. The sun beds are wooden, heavy and difficult to move. Everything in the room is basic and old, but it all works.

Shower was overflowing and could be better with more pressure. Outside table and chairs made of aluminium, very bright when sun shines on it. The whole place needs to be cleaned up with paint and maintenance. The sea is not easily accessible.

Relaxing getaway with excellent service

The breakfast at the hotel exceeded my expectations! The buffet had an excellent selection, from fresh fruits and pastries to hot dishes. The staff was attentive, and the dining area was cosy and inviting. A perfect way to start the morning! The beach was also fantastic! It was very clean, well-maintained, and had plenty of sunbeds for everyone. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings!

While our stay, everything was mostly enjoyable. However, there were a couple of issues. The kettle in our room was dirty inside, and even after requesting a replacement, no one brought a new one. Additionally, the balcony lock was broken on one side, which was inconvenient.

Everything was perfect, food, animation team, rooms, the heated swimming pool, the wifi, the staff especially Mr. M.Maher at the reception, I enjoyed my stay there

Very comfy and cosy, but rooms can use some renovation.

First of all, the food is very good. You don't have to wait for it and the variety is great: from local cuisine to pasta and meat cooked on coals (kebabs, etc.). There is also plenty of healthy food. The staff is very helpful and very professional, they dealt with our requests and problems without any hesitation. There is a good diving centre (partner of this hotel) which offers an exceptional experience and you don't have to think about finding anything. Evening shows are something...

Although I liked the apartmets in general, I think it could use some renovation: doors, showers, a cosmetic refresh of the room would be great. I mean, it's a tidy and cosy place, but it could do with a bit of work. Also, for the people who go on a trip and get the ration that the hotel provides, I would expand the variety of food - sandwiches with some meat and vegetables would be great :)

Good value for money

The location, the facilities, the cleanliness of the room, the animation team (micha & pablo)was very good

The food mainly wasn’t good, low quality used in (sausages, burgers, fried chicken), no much varieties, maybe typical for a 4- star hotel but can be better to make the stay perfect

Amazing kind welcoming staff. .

All of the staff were very professional. They were helpful and kind . Always on hand to help. Special thanks to the pasta chef who cooked and served up piping hot dishes all the time with a lovely big smile.

My own personal issue found going up and down to the beach hard because of the steps and the hill. However I loved the pool bar with the beautiful view of the Red Sea .
